Hi everyone! 
My name is Cheryl and I have always loved sindy. I have been collecting sindy for many years now and have far to many sindy dolls. My first sindy was an auburn ballerina sindy doll I had when I was 7 yrs old, I took her everywhere with me and no one else was allowed to play with her. My childhood collection grew from there.
I remember as a child getting very upset about one of my dolls heads when it had an accident with a scissors 
. My mum suggested I write to the manufacturers which was Pedigree back then and ask them for a new sindy head. So I did and guess what? They sent me a new auburn haired head(free). I was over the moon with delight.
I was about 12 yrs old when I gave all my sindy dolls to my cousin and always regret not keeping my favorite doll.
I have started a collection again and have some of the dolls and outfits I had as a child. I love re-rooting and making OOAKs as you can see from my collection and will probably continue to do OOAKs as long as there is a hair colour I have not used.
I have many more sindy dolls and outfits in my collection that are not pictured at present, these pictures will be added as my site is updated. So don't forget to pop in now and again!
This is my tribute to my favorite doll when I was a little girl.
